Dang, this time last week I was chillin' in my hospital room watching TV with my mom as the nurse was pokin' me with all kinds of needles! lol
The scale said 294 this morning! Woot...that's 8 pounds down since surgery...26 since the beginning of my pre-op diet....and a total loss of 36 pounds since this summer!
I'm in awe....really! LOL
I feel awesome, still a little sore in the mornings. But it seems to wear off through the day. I can't bend over good yet...but I can do most things. I go to the doctor on Tuesday for my check-up from surgery. None of my sterile strips have fallen off yet. Maybe this weekend...a couple of them are slowly coming off!
